Salem at the Pink Penthouse

Portrait session, Austin

Salem is a burlesque friend of mine and one of the most fearless performers I know, so when we got access to the Pink Penthouse, we went all the way.

Black feathers against blush walls, gold chains, leather gloves, a chandelier or three and a bright pink elephant that ended up stealing a few frames. Equal parts glamour and menace, which is exactly Salem.

Thank you, Salem, for always being down to make something weird and beautiful.
